Delivery Info
DELIVERY DAYS
We deliver Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on Sundays or Public Holidays. Special days such as Mother's Day etc, are an exception.
DELIVERY TIMES
Unfortunately we are unable to do timed deliveries as our couriers go via the most efficient and effective route on the day. Please DO NOT request a specific delivery time.
Our bears are dispatched in the morning, all businesses are delivered by 5pm, schools by 3pm and residential addresses at the very latest by 6.30pm (this is rare). You will be notified by email or phone if there is a problem with the delivery.
At this time we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, please provide a physical delivery address with your order.
DELIVERY ZONE
We deliver locally via courier to Canberra and Queanbeyan.
We deliver throughout Australia via Australia Post (next day delivery is not available for interstate deliveries)
UNITS, APARTMENTS & TOWNHOUSES
For all deliveries going to units, apartments or townhouses, we MUST be supplied with the recipient’s mobile phone number. Quite often, due to security, we are unable to gain access to these properties, if a mobile phone number is provided we are able to contact the recipient to arrange re-delivery.
GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS/BUSINESSES
For all deliveries going to Government Departments and businesses, please ensure when ordering you enter the Government Deparment or business name and also, the recipient’s phone number.
HOSPITALS
For all deliveries going to any of the hospitals in Canberra/Queanbeyan, please ensure you supply us with the ward information for the patient. Any deliveries going to staff members at the hospitals, need to be indicated as a staff member and phone numbers MUST be supplied.

We want to make sure that our bears get to their new owners as quickly as possible, please ensure all of the delivery address information is correct when ordering.
